Our Public Cluster has achieved impressive year on year growth and our Local Government practice has played a pivotal role in that - we have a clear vision for the next 5 years which will enable us to grow our presence even further in the market, broaden our impact and deliver even more for our clients – to support this, we are now actively looking for an experienced Director to join the team on this exciting journey.
For these specific vacancy, we are looking for passionate leaders with substantial experience of innovating and designing tailored solutions for clients with the use of technology and digital. Your ability to challenge the direction we take with our work and creating solutions for our clients will be a key aspect of this role; you will be responsible for taking clients on an exciting journey of transformation that will change the way they operate and result in tangible impact to the way they, in turn, deliver services for the Public.
You will have proven experience of operating in similar roles within complex environments - your creativity and passion in crafting new solutions and enhancing existing ones alongside experience of talking to clients about these and taking them to the market will be essential.
Finally, and most importantly, you will possess a high level of self-awareness, the gravitas of a senior leader and a desire for further development with the resilience and energy to make a difference.
