AL BUTLER TRANSFORMING AN INEFFICIENT SUPPLY CHAIN
Alastair (who prefers Al) is always looking for new ways to solve complex problems. Recently, his team significantly boosted efficiency in a supply chain team by bringing 17 competing demands together into one plan, and developing new Digital tools to ensure 100 buyers could see what they needed to do each day. Working closely with the client’s own team, he also helped develop contract analytics and negotiation skills to ensure his client could demonstrate value-for-money for their own customer saving hundreds of millions of pounds.
