FOCUS ON DELIVERY

Delivery here is very much an iterative undertaking. We implement a solution, we get feedback, we make changes and then we reassess the outcomes. It means we’re involving the client in the entire end-to-end process.

How easy was it to settle in to life at Newton?

“When I first joined, I felt a little bit intimidated because there are so many incredible people here. You’re surrounded by people sharing ideas you wish you could have thought of. But the open culture and the development on offer meant my sense of inferiority didn’t last for long.”

We’re big believers that the best way to drive change is to spend quality time with our clients. This means Danesh isn’t tasked with building a digital solution from afar. Instead, he’s able to immerse himself in a client’s culture, understand their issues, and work with them to create a solution.

We really engage with them out on site, gathering information and getting to know their business. And we continue to work with them through the deployment of our solutions, making changes as we go along until everyone’s happy with the result.

Inclusion and giving back

We have a number of employee resource groups designed to foster a diverse, inclusive working environment. There are also great opportunities to give back through the Newton Foundation – our people have been involved in everything from fundraising efforts for Alzheimer’s to mentoring students from underprivileged backgrounds to supporting programmes to tackle homelessness in the UK.
